WE Deliver the Goods! (Read Our Standards) RETURNS PROCEDURESFirst, if you need to return an item, please don't send ANYTHING without a Fly Boys issued RA# . We can't accept packages without RA#'s. Two reasons for this: Security is first, and positive control on packages is second. Email us at sales@flyboys.com in the subject line: RETURN AUTH INFO REQUEST for ORDER #XXXXX. In the main text body tell us your order number, invoice number and general issue. Return contact will be timely and a RA will be issued with all the appropriate information to return your item. Email is the the best method of communication - it allows us both to maintain clear documentation from start to finish.General Shipping Information: Fly Boys has an excellent range of options to select from. Each description should be evaluated for the best "fit". Please take your time to pick the correct option for your speed, cost and location needs. Preferred shipping via FedEx Ground and Express CONUS orders received by 1100 CST ship same day, and generally arrive within 3-5 days of order date - location dependent. Orders after 1100 CST will ship next business day. Through 31 January 2008, 95.7 percent of orders placed before 1100 CST shipped within 48 hours! That is pretty incredible!
EMBROIDERY VS. NO EMBROIDERY - Custom embroidery takes time, and as soon as your order with embroidery is completed - it will ship by the method selected. PLEASE UNDERSTAND if you get custom embroidery and select STANDARD OVERNIGHT that it will ship that way, but AFTER a normal completion time for embroidery!SHIPPING OPTIONS AND EXPLANATIONS Our rates are updated live as you select the option from FedEx or USPS.
