Sizing Selection

FIVE Pre-Flight flight suit and jacket sizes are available - S-XXL. We all know that children grow quickly! We always recommend actual measurements over a numeric size if available, however our sizes generally allow for growth. Generally, we recommend you select a size larger than currently needed. Initially, you can roll up the sleeves and/or temporarily hem the legs.

The following measurements are the best way to ensure you get the right size. The 2-3T, 4-5T sizes are strictly for use if you don't have access to the child to take the actual measurements.

* Jacket Sizing: Our jackets are made to go with the flight suits. Whatever flight suit size is right for your child, then that is the jacket size that corresponds!

Small (18-24mo): Outseam=18.5”, Inseam=12.5”, Sleeve Length=10.25”, Nape to Floor=30.0”

Medium (2-3T): Outseam=23.5”, Inseam=16.5.0” Sleeve Length=13.0”, Nape to Floor=36.0”

Large (4-5T):Outseam=24.5”, Inseam=16.75”, Sleeve Length=13.5.0”, Nape to Floor=38.0”

XLarge (5-6T):Outseam=24.75”, Inseam=17.0”, Sleeve Length=14.0”, Nape to Floor=39.0”

2XLarge (6-7T):Outseam=25.5", Inseam=17.5", Sleeve Length=14.5", Nape to Floor=40.25

Just like the real deal, these suits are made to stand up to the wear and tear children can put on clothes. The material is a comfortable and durable 55/45 cotton poly blend. It is recommended for longest life the suits be washed in cold and hang dry. Patches should be removed prior to washing.
